SKID and SKEG PRICES INCLUDE POSTAGE AND HANDLING (US orders US Funds)
Email Orders
PLEASE USE MY GMAIL ADDRESS for general information. Gmail is better at screening spam plus I can read and reply easier when I'm away from the primary computer. I've removed all the "mailto" tags to foil the spambots so you'll have to type my address in your message but they're pretty easy addresses to remember. Spam is a huge problem so don't send attachments other than simple JPEGs and avoid words and terms commonly used in spam. If possible include soaring related terms like skeg, skid, winch, turnaround, LSF, or sailplane so your message can be filtered from spam messages. In the unlikely event you don't receive a reply within 24 hours CHECK YOUR SPAM FILTER CONFIGURATION and try again.

Email orders under $50 usually ship the next day with an invoice enclosed. Include your AMA or LSF number or club affiliation so I know you're not a cyber hooligan (unless you've ordered from me before).

Skid and Skeg prices include postage and handling so just add up what you want and send a check or money order to:

Phone Orders
I've temporarily removed my phone number because of the non-soaring nuisance calls. The majority of orders and technical issues can be handled through email however If you require voice communication send me an email with a contact phone number.

Skeg/Skid Payment
Pay Pal is the preferred payment method for skids and skegs. Using the Pay Pal Shopping Cart Button reduces the chance of error filling filling orders. Even though they take a 3% cut it's easier than processing checks and money orders. Checks and money orders are still fine if you don't want to use pay pal. In 20 years I've never had a problem with cash payments through the mail but take precautions like adding a few sheets of paper so the bills aren't visible
Winch/Turnaround Payment
The payment method in order of preference is Postal Money order, personal check, Pay Pal and there's always good old cash. I've never had a problem sending or receiving cash through the mail but stories of cash sniffing postal dogs are worrisome so take appropriate precautions and if possible let me know you if you are sending a cash payment. I'm not set up for credit cards except through Pay Pal. DO NOT SEND ME YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. Pay Pal is a quick and easy way to send payment and I've never had a problem but they take a 3% cut, ouch. Make payment payable to :
Don't send payment for Winch Kits or Turnarounds until availability is confirmed.

Shipping
Skid and Skeg orders usually ship the next business day after receipt via First Class Mail. Contact me if you don't receive your order within a week.

Winch kits, assembled winches and TA4 turnarounds are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS will email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number when your kit ships. Be sure to send your correct shipping address.

Winch Kits WILL NOT SHIP to addresses not listed in the UPS address database until address is confirmed (UPS Charges me if your address in wrong). To avoid a shipping delay, check your address Post Office Zip Code Lookup. UPS will accept packages to addresses not listed but the shipper must waive a bunch of rights and agree to pay extra costs and a lost package might be difficult to recover.

FOREIGN SALES
Foreign Sales are just too complicated and time consuming so I don't sell outside the USA including Canada however Hobby Club stocks my skids and skegs and can handle foreign sales.
